WordPress Integration with ERP, API & CRM
Today more than ever, time is money, and anything that can be automated to save time in running a business matters a great deal. Automations such as connecting a WooCommerce e-shop to an ERP save a business money straight away, since no employee has to spend time updating prices, stock availability and so on. Connecting a WordPress site to a CRM, meanwhile, gives you more accurate data and leads to better decisions.

Automate everything you can on your website or e-shop
Automation can do a great deal for your business. An investment in an integration, usually built on web services/APIs, is probably the best investment you can make for your business.
When integrations and automations are built properly, they bring another very important advantage: fewer errors, because the data is entered automatically and no longer depends on a person who might make a mistake.
The first integration we recommend, which is quick to set up and fairly affordable, is connecting your website to your newsletter platform, so you can run email marketing for your business.
A second integration, a little more expensive but with huge value, is connecting a WooCommerce e-shop to an ERP such as SoftOne, Pylon, Megasoft or any other. The ERP technician who supports the software always plays an important part here, as they need to be able to export all the information you require.
Finally, integrating a website with a CRM to import or update customer data is very important, as it gives you a true picture of your customers and helps you avoid mistakes.
Syncing WordPress and WooCommerce with WebMate
WebMate can sync a WordPress website or a WooCommerce e-shop with any API. A key factor in any integration is having a server with the right specifications to support it. How long each update takes and how often updates run also need to be worked out, and the server must have the capacity for them. The WebMate team can cover the needs of any business with a WordPress or WooCommerce site that needs to connect to an API.

How much does an ERP integration with WooCommerce cost?

At WebMate we offer 3 packages: Basic from €3,000 (one-way sync, for e-shops with <500 products), Standard from €5,000 (two-way sync with myDATA and real-time stock, for 500-5,000 products) and Enterprise from €8,000 (fully custom, multi-warehouse, SLA — for large e-shops). The exact price depends on the ERP, the number of products and any custom requirements.
How often does the ERP sync with WooCommerce products?

In theory, WooCommerce and the ERP can sync as often as you like. In practice, it depends on your server’s resources and on how many thousands of products the e-shop has.
What does maintenance include after the integration goes live?
Monthly maintenance includes: sync monitoring with daily reports, fixing errors as they appear, updates when the ERP API or the e-shop platform changes, phone and email support for troubleshooting, and new data flows added on request. Maintenance costs €50-€150/month depending on the package. For an enterprise SLA (response time <2 hours, 99.5% uptime guarantee) the cost is €80-€400/month.
What does the integration package include?
All packages include: an initial audit of the ERP and the e-shop, field mapping, connector installation and configuration, the initial bulk data import, testing on staging, go-live with 14 days of intensive monitoring, and documentation. Standard and Enterprise packages also include myDATA integration, real-time sync and SLA maintenance.
How long does delivery take with WebMate?
Average delivery time is 2-6 weeks, depending on complexity. Basic integration (one or two data flows): 2-5 weeks. Standard (all data flows + myDATA): 3-7 weeks. Enterprise (custom fields, multi-warehouse, custom workflows): 6-10 weeks. Timing also depends on how quickly the client supplies data and replies to our questions.
Which ERPs do you support for integration?
We support all the major Greek ERPs: SoftOne (Soft1), Entersoft Business Suite, Pylon by Epsilon Net, Galaxy by SingularLogic, EpsilonNet applications and BusinessClouds. We also support international systems such as SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Odoo. Get in touch about your own ERP.
