At WebMate, we proceeded and completed the reconstruction of the website for the Decentralized Administration of the Aegean. The website is designed with WCAG 2.0 standards in mind, ensuring full accessibility for people with disabilities. The bilingual platform, in Greek and English, allows a wider audience to navigate and interact with the content. During the reconstruction, we ensured the seamless transfer of all articles from the previous website, while the redesign of the content search makes navigation friendly and easy for citizens. A distinctive feature of the website is the color-coded categorization of announcements, which helps users quickly find the information they are interested in. The website design was implemented by our immediate partner, Tooman Design, while the development was overseen by the WebMate team.

Responsive, Speed, and Interaction
The speed of the website and its responsive aspect are primary principles for us, so we place particular emphasis on these to achieve the best possible result. Additionally, an interactive map was created which enhances the visitor experience, where each area, each island, becomes a gateway to a sector of information, bringing the user closer to the desired information.

It was important for the website to comply with accessibility standards for people with disabilities according to the WCAG 2.0 standard so that our fellow humans with any special needs have easy access to the website. Additionally, the website has been designed and developed with full respect for the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union. This means that every process, from data collection and processing to storage and security, has been conducted in the strictest manner, ensuring that user information is safe and protected.
