Our team designed and developed the new website for the luxury rooms of Citycore, with the aim of showcasing premium hospitality and comfort in the heart of Katerini. We created a platform that combines refined aesthetics, minimalist design and full functionality, with a fully custom system for booking enquiries. Premium Stays Meet Custom Design
Our aim was to bring Citycore’s minimalist luxury online. We designed a website that highlights its prime location on the central square of Katerini and the modern look of the Platea Lux, Platea Double and Platea Agora rooms. The result is a website with a clear structure and elegant presentation that makes visitors feel “at home” from the first click.
Showcasing the Rooms & the Experience Through Imagery
We put strong emphasis on visuals. Through high-resolution photos and carefully written descriptions, we highlighted the comfort and amenities of each room, from the fully equipped kitchens to the smart locks. The design lets users explore every corner of Citycore, creating a sense of familiarity and calm before they even arrive.
Personal Communication: The Custom Booking System
At Citycore, hospitality starts from the very first second. In place of an impersonal, automated booking engine, we chose to develop a custom enquiry system.
- How it works: The visitor fills in a simple form with the dates they are interested in and the number of guests.
- The difference: The request goes straight to the manager, who replies personally about availability.
- The advantage: This avoids third-party commissions and keeps direct, personal contact, offering every guest more flexible, higher-quality service.
Mobile-First Approach & Speed
With today’s travellers in mind, we built Citycore’s online presence on a strict Mobile-First approach. Our aim was to create an environment where browsing the rooms is as relaxing as the stay itself.
We paid particular attention to keeping the minimal, premium look on smaller screens. Every detail, from the clean typography to the smooth animations and easy menu navigation, has been thought through to give an excellent user experience. The custom contact forms were also optimised to respond instantly, so moving from browsing to sending an availability request is smooth, quick and free of friction.
